DAR-5000 is a new air conditioning laboratory which comprises a unique family of training systems. The laboratory units provide a clear, comprehensive and efficient teaching facility for new Inverter Air Conditioning technology. The DAR-5000 family is specially designed to teach and provide practical experiments. Basic study disciplines include thermodynamics, basic electrical systems for the cooling and heating units, cooling and heating piping and system installation. A special fault insertion module enables practice and training in system diagnostics.

 
Comprehensive student and instructor manuals are provided covering system theory of operation, refrigerant charging, and fault diagnosis exercises. The student manual provides tutorial information, as well as detailed experiment guides.

The system uses state-of-the-art, environment friendly, refrigerant gas type R-410A.
