Degem works hand in hand with the client from the earliest designs of a specific system through its final implementation. The implementation steps for a project are:

• A site survey, in which Degem's representatives acquaint themselves with the client's current training capability and study the client's specific training needs.
• Meetings and discussions with the client's instructors to come up with the best solutions for the client's training needs.
• Presentation of technical and financial proposals for the suggested project.
• Final adjustments, with the client, of the proposed project.
• Contractual agreement.
